fruit juice helpful team faulty safe missing remote

the pool area had a bar which i used a lot. breakfast offered many choices. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit juice. the team members were very helpful and friendly, too.

the tv had no remote control. the safe in my room did not work. i mentioned the safe issue to the concierge, but he didn't offer a real solution. he suggested i lock my things in my suitcase, twice.

a serene retreat

cute staff varied buffet relaxing atmosphere

the staff were cute especially at breakfast the omelette chef made delicious custom omelettes every morning i enjoyed the varied buffet options the pool area was gorgeous with ample space and beautiful gardens it created a relaxing atmosphere i could appreciate. taxis waited just outside the hotel making travel simple.

the room balcony door didn't lock properly i mentioned it at the front desk when i arrived but it wasn't fixed i felt it was a security risk because balconies were close together.

the staff ensured a smooth and pleasant experience for all guests they were attentive to requests and helpful with directions and travel arrangements i observed effective communication between staff members.

quiet, Relaxing stay!

I found the staff professional and helpful. The pool and garden area provided a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast had fresh fruit and fresh orange juice, a good start to the day. the safe didn't work. But reception offered to lock away my valuable items. i appreciated that.

the gym equipment seemed a bit outdated.

My bungalow had a great size, offering plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring. The beds were comfortable. The room included air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant temperature, and a television with various channels. A safe was also available, providing security for valuables.

The hotel is situated on a beautiful avenue, it has little car traffic, so it's ideal. It is close to local bars and restaurants, which are easy to access. A short taxi ride will take you to the Medina, a historical place.

big pool friendly staff clean room balcony door iron availability untidy buffet

the pool was great. it was big and deep. the staff was nice, kind and friendly. they went out of their way for us. the room was clean and big enough.

the room balcony door didnt lock. i report the issue at front desk but they did nothing. no iron are available. i has to pay for laundry service. the buffet area were untidy.
